Biography
Joey is a stout little old man with the shortest legs. He could probably be brought down pretty close to mini size if he was put on a diet. He loves to go for walks so it shouldn’t be too difficult if you like to go for walks, also!

Through no fault of his own, he was surrendered to an area shelter because his mom could no longer take care of him. When I pulled him from the shelter, he was still looking for his owner -- it was both cute and sad at the same time. He is a loyal little dog and right now doesn’t quite understand what is happening to him. He gets along fine with the dogs in his foster home.

My preference is to place him in a home where there are no small children or lots of activity. Won’t you consider adopting Joey and giving him the forever home he needs?

**In order to avoid transporting Joey and to facilitate a home visit he will only be placed within 100 miles (or thereabouts) of the Baltimore-Washington DC-Northern VA area.**
