Meet Lulu- Sadly, after 8 years of companionship (Lulu was adopted from DRNA in 2018 at age 6), Lulu's mom made the painful decision to return her to DRNA when she went into hospice. As her foster, it is clear that Lulu was loved deeply. I’m sure Lulu is confused by this transition but despite that she is filled with love and the desire to please. Lulu is housebroken, full of spunk and personality. She loves lying in the sun, going on walks and spending time with her people. She is incredibly smart, you can see the focus in her eyes. When you put her harness on for one of those walks, she lifts her paws up one by one without being asked. It is incredibly cute! Lulu is chill and doesn’t bark so she would be great for condo living. Lulu is deeply frightened of thunderstorms and will need your reassurance and a safe place to retreat, such as a closet or other cozy, secure space until the storm passes. This sweet girl is looking for that special someone who will love and cherish her through her golden years. If you feel you are that someone, please fill out an application. Her adoption fee is $150 but waived for adopters 60yrs and older. Must be willing to drive to Odenton, MD to meet/adopt Lulu. Kitty Free Home only please!
