| Betsy (black and tan doxie) and Marie (red doxie) are just about the sweetest bonded pair you'll ever meet! Both girls are 7 years old, but are just learning how to be true dogs after spending their lives as mill dogs. They are quiet, sweet and easy. They both love other dogs and kids as well. They have not encountered a cat yet. They are incredibly bonded but still have their own personalities. Marie is the adventurer and absolutely loves exploring the backyard. Betsy is a little more shy and stays closer to home, but is always looking out for Marie and keeps watch when she is sleeping. Both girls love attention, pets and cuddling up with their humans. At bedtime, they sleep together in a crate and don't make a peep. Betsy is missing most of her top teeth so she needs softer food. Marie is a hungry girl and likes to steal her sister's food. They don't have much experience on leash since they had never been on one until just recently. They also need a little help with proper potty habits, but are learning quickly. These girls will make wonderful family members and companions for anyone lucky enough to adopt them. They will only be adopted as a pair. The adoption fee for each is $275 so $550 total. Must be willing to drive to Bethesda, MD to meet/adopt them. |
