Manny is a handsome senior boy who came to us (along with three other dogs) after spending 15 months in a local shelter waiting for their neglect case to be heard. He is a very sweet boy. His foster mom works and she doesn't crate him and he is fine. He absolutely loves to go for walks! He wags his tail and has a spring in his step when he is walking on his leash. H e loves to play with his person and with toys! He loves to be outside. He will go up and down stairs on his leash. At this time, he doesn't do stairs unless he is on a leash. He does need a dog buddy his age and size in his new home along with a fenced yard. He sleeps in bed with his foster mom and her pack. He would be happy if he had an at home adopter. We have no history on how Manny is with children or cats so we prefer an all-adult cat-free home for him. He is not much trouble at all. He is being fostered in Maryland. Will give priority consideration to local adopters. If you have a heart for the seniors, please consider making Manny part of your family. *** This dog is being fostered in Maryland. All things considered, local adopters will be given preference. Applicants must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt this dog.***. |
