| Maxine (Maxie) is the sweetest chiweenie. She's a tiny 10lbs but has tons of love to give. Her start in life was not easy. She was found locked in a crate in the hot sun on a property in Louisiana. By the time someone found her, the dog she was left with had passed away already. Luckily, she survived and was rescued. Despite being let down by them, she absolutely adores all humans (adult and children) and will cover you in kisses. She also is sweet to other dogs & cats though sometimes gets scared around bigger dogs. She would thrive in a single dog household or with another small dog. Maxie does well on a leash and loves to venture outside to sunbathe. She is quite the athlete with high jumps. She is a quiet dog and hardly ever barks. She does not like to be crated but will sleep in a crate with the door open. Maxie will need to work on house training. She has shown great progress while in foster care. She goes on daily walks and will go in the yard to potty. Maxie is an amazing dog and will instantly steal your heart. She is so lovey and will make herself right at home. If you're ready for all the cuddles then Maxie is your dog! Maxie's adoption fee is $275. Must be willing to come to Baltimore to meet/adopt Maxie. |
