Biography

Blue is a gem! Blue is a 4 year old male doxie that has the most pleasing personality ever! He is a very calm, laid back doxie who prefers to snuggle up next to you on the couch. He loves to burrow under blankets. Blue is housetrained and crate-trained. Blue gets along with all small dogs but is not a fan of large dogs or children. Blue does currently live with other dachshunds, and loves them and sleeps with them. He is not much of a player; he is more of a couch potato-like companion. Blue smiles when he gets happy! He will actually lift his lips into a smile! He would do best in a quiet home with no big dogs. Blue has a very gentle, sensitive and loving personality. Blue is not going to be any work for you. All you need to do is love him, care for him, and be his best friend. ****Applicant must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Blue. His adoption fee is $275.****
