| Hello there, I'm Finnegan...sometimes just Finn. Thanks for stopping by. Foster Mom says I'm sure to get adopted soon because I'm so cute. I think I would be a perfect dog for you because I'm happy and active outside, and a couch potato inside. I love sniffing and exploring in the grass, and I am learning to walk very nicely on a leash. Foster Mom says I really come alive when I am outside! When I am inside my favorite place to be is snuggled in my doggy bed. I stay in my crate when Foster Mom is sleeping and when she is at work, with no barking or whining! Of course if you wanted to try me in the big bed I probably would NOT refuse LOL! But I really AM a fan of my crate. Sometimes I even get a chew toy while I stay in there. (I'll let you in on a secret: the crate keeps me from having accidents, because I'm still working on potty training. Foster Mom will tell you some secrets so that I don't have any accidents in your house so not to worry.) Things I don't like include cats or pocket pets like Guinea pigs ... unless those can be my chew toys too! Sometimes I get a little TOO excited about new people and dogs, so maybe I should not go to a home with kids younger than 10 but Foster Mom says my manners are getting better every day. She thinks I am really smart. I already know "sit" and "stay", "lay down" is next. If you love exploring outside and resting inside as much as me, please adopt me! I promise to give you lots of kisses in return. I have come a long way in a short time since my previous owners dumped me at a shelter with a really bad case of fleas.
