Cooper is a good boy who is looking for the finer things in life like a nice soft bed, good dog buddy and an interesting fenced yard to explore in. He loves people and other dogs and lived with a cat. He was given up because his owner's toddler grandson came to live with her and the child wouldn't leave Cooper alone so she decided to let us find an all-adult home for him where he'll be much happier. Would you consider giving this sweetheart his forever home? ****Applicants should be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Cooper.
