| Peter was found walking along busy highway. He was taken to the shelter and fortunately rescue was called. Peter is an older guy. Has a very sweet and quiet disposition. Oh but he will bark when he decides it is worth his effort. Peter gets along great with other foster brothers and sisters. But he doesnt like it if they try to take his food or his treats. Peter has lost most of his teeth so his tongue hangs out the side most of the time. That doesnt keep him from giving good kisses though. Peter loves to be petted and given attention. He walks great on leash and is great with housetraining. (wish they all were as good as him). He might have a food allergy to wheat so his foster mom is testing various foods with him. Corn, wheat, soy are common dog allergies. Peter is fine with children. But he doesnt like to be handled roughly and he doesnt like for children to try to pick him up or be in his face. Can you give an old guy a retirement home? He was walking down the road looking for a new life. Let's help him find it. His adoption fee will be $175.00. |
