| My foster momma says she isn't sure if she wants to tell you about me or not. She thinks I am just the sweetest boy. My soulful looks really get to her. I love to be in her lap or on the back of the couch wrapped around the back of her neck. She also says I am the most unchi-weenie chi-weenie she has ever met!!! Look at my picture and you will see I do have a very gorgeous dachshund face. My ears are short and my legs are long, but I do have the dachshund body. I have a beautiful red coat too. Oh yeah, my name is Skywalker now. When I first came here, my name was Mufasa like the character in "The Lion King", but foster mom changed it when she found out how high I could jump! I can jump a 4-foot fence with ease. Even with mom watching me, I have been known to jump up on her side porch. I don't go anywhere, but I like to jump. I guess I might need a home with a TALL fence. I have had all my shots, been de-wormed, have no heart worms, and am on flea prevention. I am pretty good in a bath, but really don't like to get my nails trimmed. I don't try to bite her; I just try to get away. I will go into my crate, but would much prefer big bed privileges. I jump up on mom's bed while she showers and gets ready for work. My foster mom doesn't think I would like a transport so she would prefer to place me fairly close by. However if you will come and get me, I can go further away for a forever home. I might be a little scared when I first go to my new forever home, but once I know you are okay, I will be fine. Could you use a half-mexican, half-german jumping bean at your house? |
