I was looking for a dog who would excercise with me. I saw this little dachshund at an adoption agency. I took her out of her cage, she started running and jumping, full of energy! I said this is the one! Later they told me that she had been abused and force to breed for 10 years living in a little cage; she had some serious kidney problems even though she won't let that stop her.

She won my heart and I had her for another 5 years. She would go to the lake, park, everywhere full of life. She was my best dog ever and I'll always have her in my heart. Even in her worst moments she'll be kind and sweet. I am ready now to adopt another dachshund and again, start another adventure!!!
