Kasey was surrendered by her owners to an over crowded shelter in TX. As a senior with special needs, rescue was her only option to make it out alive. At the shelter, it was obvious that she was blind. Once DRNA's volunteers pulled her and got her home, she became sick and lethargic. After a vet visit, it was determined that Kasey was diabetic. She started taking 2 insulin shots a day and has really turned the corner. She is so sweet and loving. She really loves her people, craves attention, and just loves life! We are so thrilled that she made it to us and cant wait to help her find her fairy tale ending. Insulin and supplies for Kasey run about $70 month.
