Zoey 12047 is experiencing a problem common in dachshunds: back trouble. Intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) is a genetic spinal condition causing weakness or paralysis in the legs or lower body. Often rest, steroids, pain medication, cold laser treatments, and physical therapy help ease the inflammation and speed recovery. DRNA is asking for your help to pay for Zoey’s cold laser treatments and medications. Although she can’t walk right now, she is continent, she can move her tail, and she’s not in pain. Your kind donations go directly to help sweet little Zoey. Thank you!
