I am about 10 years old, a Wirehair doxie mix and the size of a standard Doxie. I am very laid back and get along great with the other dogs in my foster home. I do not like other dogs in my face so as long as they understand, I am fine with them. I have some vision loss but it doesn't bother me, I can still chase down a squirrel on the fence. I am potty trained and go to the door when I need to go out. I am not a barker. I am diabetic and will need insulin shots two times a day. My foster mom said I am really good at getting the shots. I would love to sit on the couch with you and either watch TV or take a nap.. Kasey is a super sweet girl that will need a home willing to give her the daily insulin shots, it is super easy and she doesn't mind at all. The medication can be purchased over the counter at Walmart for $26 bottle, which lasts 42 days. Not very expensive. She is a really great dog and deserves a wonderful retirement home. Her adoption fee is waived since she is a medical needs dog. |
