Biography

Toasty is one gorgeous boy! His human mom died and that is how he came to us. He is a bit cautious when meeting people but warms up quickly and wants to be in your lap. He loves his people. He needs an adopter who isn't gone long hours. He would do best in a home with another calm dog his size and a securely fenced yard. He has one bad habit: he doesn't take treats gently so definitely no children in the home. He also needs big bed privileges! He isn't crate-trained so he has been gated in the kitchen. He is about 90% house-trained and is starting to go to the door because he knows he'll get a treat. He walks reasonably well on a leash and enjoys walks. ****Applicants must be willing to travel to Ellicott City MD (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Toasty.****
