| UPDATE: I was adopted by a great family who worked with me and my little quirks and they adored me but they have some aging parent problems right now which are overwhelming them and they do not have time for me so here I am..back with my beloved foster mom Lynette! I am feeling kind of sad though because I want this time to be FOREVER! I got my name because I am fast like a speeding bullet. I am easily excitable and get nervous when there is too much going on or people do not do what my foster mom asks them to do so I need a home with experienced dachshund owners and a home that is calm and quiet. Having retired folks around all the time would be a huge plus! I am quite the character. I am a dachshund so I like to burrow under blankets and cuddle. I have the typical dachshund temperament. I can be stubborn in the most adorable of ways, especially after you ask for a blanket back. I love to snuggle, lay in the sun, sleep, and go on walks. I do bark at trees, squirrels, the mailman. I don't do well off leash and if I get loose I will take off, probably after that squirrel I was barking at, so a fenced yard is preferred. Cats are TBD but safe to say I'd probably bark and chase them too just for fun. I love to run laps around the house indoors. I am a great dog with the sweetest of personalities. I am incredibly loyal to those I love. Woof and I love you already. And PLEASE tell me that this time is forever...xoxo |
