|Hi! Hi! Hi! Hi! I'm Scout! You might have noticed my long legs. People keep saying maybe I've got some beagle in me. I don't really care what I am; I'm happy, happy, happy! The vets say I'm about a year old. Foster Mom says I'm 100% puppy! I love to run with other dogs, play tugs with other dogs, chew on bones, and also chew on anything the small person here leaves down. And by down, I mean below four feet. You see, Foster Mom keeps telling me I'm not allowed on the kitchen table. I basically just stare at her when she says that. Apparently I'm "stubborn" but mostly I'm just happy, happy, happy! I love cuddles!!! And, I love other dogs. Cats are highly chase-worthy. Small people? So awesome. But, I need to work on my bite inhibition. Sometimes when I give kisses I get so excited that I use my teeth! And, when I'm playing I can get a little mouthy. I've accidentally nipped the little person a couple of times when we were playing. Foster mom is going to work with a trainer to help me understand that I can never, nip even while playing. What else? Oh, housebreaking. Wow, is foster mom uptight about that. I am not all that housebroken apparently. She's going to work on that with me, because I am very much okay with doing my business in the house if I happen to be inside when I get the urge. I am good on a leash. I am nervous in the car, but foster mom says that I will learn that car rides don't always end up at bad places like shelters. I'm okay with being crated as long as I have something to chew on while I'm in there. So, I'm a really good girl, but I really need some training to make me a great girl! Stay tuned and I'll be awesome, I promise!|
