Biography
Lilly and Bailey are a mother-son pair who need to be adopted together because they love each other very much and have lived with each other for 11 years. They were given up because their owner had to sell her home and moved to a place where dogs aren't allowed. These two are very sweet together, running and playing like a couple of kids. They have a night-time ritual where they lick each other before falling asleep. Both love to be held and cuddled and get attention. They would do best with a retired or at home adopter. They definitely need a fenced yard because they aren't leash-trained. They did very well with their owner's grandchildren and love the foster family's four year old daughter. They are crate-trained and housetrained with a doggie door and also use puppy pads. Minus a doggie door, they will need some help in that area. ****Applicants must be willing to travel to Ellicott City MD (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Bailey and Lilly. Adoption fee waived for adopters 60 and over! Sanctuary placement due to Lilly's age; no adoption fee.****
