Things To Know About This Dog

• No small children

Biography

Daisy, is truly a remarkable girl! She is a senior lady, but still has that spunk of a Dachshund attitude. She loves toys! Loves playing with them, loves chewing on them. She of course also loves taking naps in the warm sunshine as well.
Daisy does have some arthritic problems. But she can still walk, and even does a mean trot!
She is mostly housetrained and will potty outside, as long as you take her or she has the use of a doggie door. Daisy does love to be with you, but she can be left alone, and does well with out any supervision.
She likes riding in the car, but not in a crate. She will bark if in a crate, but loves riding on your lap. Walks well on a leash too.
As you can see, Daisy had to have her tail amputated when she came into rescue as well. But that just gives her more character. Daisy was severely abused, and had several broken bones. Hence the arthritis. She is a doll, and just about no problem at all.
Daisy would probably do well in most homes, but no small children.
Daisy is located in SW PA, about 65 miles SE of Pittsburgh, PA. Her adoption fee is only $150.00 to help with her medical bills.
